Our beautiful fully air conditioned 3000 sq ft  5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom pool home on Excitement Drive is situated on the prestigious  “Liberty Bluff” section within the luxurious  Reunion Golf Resort. The home boasts a generous corner lot with uninterrupted views over the 2nd Tee of the Arnold Palmer designed Championship golf course. The unique layout been designed for our guests comfort which gives the option of sun and much needed shaded areas in the hotter months with the choice of the balcony/rear porch and pool deck.

The Main House is arranged on 2 floors

 

Ground Floor

 

From the entrance door you enter the main hallway. To the left is the games room. To right is the Queen Bedroom conveniently located for those who prefer to avoid stairs. and a door to Bathroom #3. When you continue along the hallway you enter the open plan Kitchen, Dining and Living area. This is all  tastefully furnished. The 6 person dining table has views across the lake,  The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, corian work surfaces with a raised area with bar stools. The living area has wood look tile floor and includes a 75 inch Smart Tv with Direct Cable TV.

French doors lead from the living area onto the rear covered paved porch. The comfortable sectional seating and table overlook the 2nd Tee. Watch the golfers tee off from here. 

It is not unusual to view Hot Air Balloons cruise over early in the mornings, this is something very special to witness. Enjoy watching the sunrise at the start of a magical day.

Stairs to:-

From the top of the stairs to the left is the impressive Master Bedroom retreat this has a spacious Ensuite Bathroom #1. This bedroom has a full width  covered furnished balcony with expansive views of the Golf Course

Directly at the top of the stairs is the Utility Room which includes a full size Washer, Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Clothes Airer, and Laundry Baskets.

To the right of the stairs you will find bathroom #2 , followed by Bedroom 2 (Full Size Bed)  & Bedroom 3 (2 x Twin Beds)

 

(Please note Bathroom #2 although  a shared bathroom it has the bonus of an additional  door into Bedroom #2)

This area is perfect when several families are vacationing together or with extended family as it gives additional privacy and quiet time, as it functions as a second Primary Suite. It could also be ideal for those that work remotely.

The staircase leads to a light filled open concept living, dining, and kitchenette area with doors providing privacy to the  comfortable Master Bedroom and the Ensuite Bathroom #4

Pool Area - Extended Decking Area

The south facing pool is located between the guest suite and the Main House

The pool has an attached spa.

An optional safety fence with gate is provided. ​

There are 4 cushioned sun loungers and side tables, Large Rocking Chairs + Additional chairs

The poolside bar comes complete with bar stools and umbrella

New poolside Cushioned Sectional with Additional Table, and Bench.  This provides the perfect setting for Al Fresco dining and cocktails

Solar evening lighting gives the pool area a great ambiance

The pool/spa can be heated at an additional cost please inquire for further details.
