• We can hold dates for 3 days.

•  A reservation can only be made by a person 25 years of age or older.

• A reservation form will be emailed to you via Docusign. This has  to be completed and signed.​

Deposit

 

We require 20% of the total rental. This is non refundable deposit.  We highly recommend obtaining travel & medical  insurance.

The deposit must be received within 4 days of us receiving the completed and signed Reservation Form

Final Balance

​

The remainder of the booking total (your initial deposit deducted)  will be due in full, 60 days prior to arrival. If your booking is within 60 days of your arrival day the full amount is due at booking.

Security Deposit

​

A £385/$500 security deposit is required against  any damage or breakages to the property. This amount will be added to your final balance and  will be returned within 7 days after it has been confirmed that the property was vacated in a satisfactory condition.

We strongly advise all of our guests upon booking to obtain adequate Medical/Travel Insurance to cover the cost of any unforeseen circumstance associated with having to cancel your reservation with Excitement Place.
